Officially launched in January 2006 by Lord Mayor Valerie Binnie. Since then, it has over 600 members, mainly under ten’s, and is in the process of introducing a Games Zone, Pool and other indoor activity for over ten’s. Community organisations such as Sure Start and Frontline Initiative, amongst others, regularly attend as part of Play Scheme activity. Parties are catered for at competitive prices to serve the district-wide communities and Rumbling Tom’s is the place to eat!

We are an indoor adventure playground catering predominantly for the West Bowling BME community and providing play activities for children aged 0 – 8 years old. The playground includes a soft-play area, play vehicles, ball-pool and climbing frame and is a safe environment for young children. We also have two rooms for birthday parties and special functions with special discounts for lone parent and unemployed people and a café area.

Tumbling tom's announce a new shop ‘n’ drop scheme. If you have a meeting, or shopping to do - without the kids - you can drop your kids off at tumbling tom's, where there are qualified child-care workers, for two hours in which time they play and are fed!!
