In Junior Jam we work with children to show them how to DJ on decks dance and produce music electronically. We have been working with several schools and community projects in the Bradford area. Our programmes are suitable for children aged 9 – 16 and link very well into the Keystage 2 & 3 QCA curriculum. All our staff have several years experience as dancers, DJs or producers and have experience of working with children: all have been CRB checked.

The aim of our organisation is to increase and widen participation in music, business and design, we feel that by introducing a practical and fun aspect to children they will learn and use aspects of the curriculum they have been taught. Additionally our workshops often spark interest in children which encourages then to pursue this as a hobby or even consider studying one of these areas when statutory education ends.
